There are many thousands of mortgage products on the market, not to mention hundreds of lenders. Each mortgage product has its own particular criteria and is designed for a particular type of borrower. You, our client, probably won't have the time, technology, or inclination to sort through all the mortgages available to find the one that's right for you. Even then, it's difficult to be sure that you've got it right. By working with a reputable broker, not only should you get the best mortgage for your situation, but you will also have their support and advice if things that aren't your fault go wrong.

We aim to take the stress out of all this. Our experience is such that we can identify the most appropriate, and least expensive, mortgage for almost any situation. What's more, all this is done for you without obligation to use our services. Naturally, we hope that you will, if you follow our advice, work through us to obtain your new mortgage. Depending on your circumstances, we may charge a fee, which will not exceed £495, on completion of your new mortgage. Typically, this fee will be £295. Alternatively, you may choose at the outset to pay us a fee of 0.5% of the loan amount on completion of your mortgage, and we will rebate to you any commission we receive from the lender. Typically, this fee will be £750.

Very much the same remarks apply to all the various insurances. You will want to make sure that you are adequately protected without spending any more money than you need to, and you will want to be sure that any protection you have is appropriate for you and your particular circumstances. Most of all, you will want to be sure that, if you make a legitmate claim, your insurer will pay you. We recognise that paying for insurance is a complete pain until the day you need it - but when that day comes, it is vital that your protection is appropriate for your needs.
