The Mortgage Company Limited is a firm of Independent Mortgage Brokers providing advice and help to individuals on mortgage, general insurance and pure protection matters. We provide a whole of market mortgage service, with access to so many lenders that we believe that we can find a solution for anyone who is eligible for a mortgage.
Depending on your circumstances, we may charge a fee for our services, which will not exceed £495, payable only on completion of your mortgage. We will advise you of the amount of any fee before you make a mortgage application. Typically, this fee will be £295.
Alternatively you may choose at the outset to pay us a fee of 0.5% of the loan amount on completion, and we will rebate to you any commission we receive from the lender. Typically, this fee will be £750. |
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your
mortgage.
The Mortgage Company Ltd is an appointed representative of Openwork Limited
which is authorised and regulated by The Financial Services Authority.
Openwork Limited offers insurance and investment advice on products from a
limited number of product providers, and advice on mortgages representative of
the whole market.
The Financial Services Authority does not regulate Commercial Mortgages
and Buy to Let mortgages.
